Questions
Which forms ask for photo and signature in one image?
Some state recruitment boards, scholarship portals and older bank forms have a single upload box for both. If the form has two separate boxes, upload them separately instead.
Can the signature go beside the photo instead of below?
This tool puts the signature below the photo, which is what most single-upload forms show in their sample. If your form’s sample is different, follow the sample.
My signature photo has a grey background. Will it look clean?
Yes. “Clean signature background to pure white” removes the paper tone and keeps only the ink. Turn it off if your signature has very faint strokes that disappear.
What if the merged file is still over the KB limit?
Choose a smaller preset or set a custom width. The final size, pixels and DPI are shown before you download.
